At the beginning of the event, the Director of the Agency made an introductory speech and expressed his opinion on certain points of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and noted that each employee of the Agency should use the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan as a kind of guide and reference point in their work activities.

  Then, the heads of the central office of the Agency presented their reports on the explanation of the next message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
