President Emomali Rahmon Attends the COP27 UN Climate Conference in Egypt
The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, took part and spoke at the twenty-seventh session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-27) in the city of Sharm El Sheikh, Arab Republic of Egypt.
First of all, the Head of Tajik State Emomali Rahmon expressed his gratitude to the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt for creating favorable conditions for holding the high-level event.

Ladies and gentlemen,
On behalf of Tajikistan, I would like to welcome you all at the opening ceremony of the Water Pavilion.
Our country has been steadily and actively promoting water in the global development agenda over the last two decades.
During this period, at the initiative of Tajikistan, the UN General Assembly adopted eight (8) resolutions related to water.

Tajik Students Win 12 Places at the International Olympiad in Frankfurt
Students of the Lyceum for Gifted Students of Khujand represented Tajikistan and won 12 places at the ISTEM GRAND FINAL — 2022, which was held from July 19 through July 24 in Frankfurt.
Six students represented the Olympic team of Tajikistan at the Olympiad in Science and won 4 gold, 4 silver, 3 bronze medals and a place of honor in mathematics, information technology and natural sciences.

Students from Buston Presidential School Win 296 Medals at the International Kangaroo Mathematics Olympiad
Students attending the Presidential School for the Gifted in Buston received 296 medals, including 73 gold, 159 silver, and 64 bronze medals at the International Kangaroo Mathematics Olympiad 2022, reports the Press Center of the Ministry of Education and Science.
