Subhonzoda Irkom Subhon – born on December 28, 1980 in Tajikistan, nationality –Tajik.

 In 1987 he went to grade 1 and graduated from school in 1998, in 1998-2003 he studied at the Economic Institute of Tajikistan, graduated from this institute with a degree in economics, is a candidate of economic sciences, associate professor.

 From 2004 to 2009, Subhonzoda Ikrom Subhon worked as an intern at the Department of Monetary and Credit Operations, an assistant at the Department of Monetary and Credit Operations and a senior lecturer at the Department of Banking at the Economic Institute of Tajikistan.

 In 2009-2013, he held the positions of head of the Department of Pricing and Insurance, Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Vice-Rector for Training and Quality Assurance of the Tajik Economic Institute, Dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Tajikistan.

 Also, from 2013 to 2018, he served as head of the Department of Economics and Planning in the field of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan.

 By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated February 9, 2018 No. 48, he was appointed Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and worked in this position until April 2022, and from April 11, 2022, he held the position of Director of the Agency for Control in Education and Science under the President of the Republic Tajikistan.

 In 2004-2008 he studied at the graduate school of the correspondence department of the Tajik Economic Institute, and in 2009 he defended his thesis on the topic “Development of entrepreneurial activity in the agrarian sector of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan”.

 Participant of general and republican conferences and seminars, author of more than 50 scientific, methodological and research papers, including 2 monographs and 2 manuals. Has 15 certificates confirming the completion of special training courses.

 On December 14, 2010, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit of the Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Republic of Tajikistan, on September 6, 2011, a Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, on March 20, 2012, the badge "Excellent worker in education of Tajikistan" for impeccable activity in the field of education, on October 15-17 2019 and No. 62 on October 15, 2020 he was awarded a Certificate of Merit of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, and on October 29, 2020 he was awarded a Certificate of Merit of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan.

 In 2012, for achievements in the field of economic science, he was awarded the "Ismoil Somoni Prize for young scientists in the field of science and technology."

 By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 23, 2021, No. 213, he was awarded the medal "For meritorious service", and by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated August 23, 2021, No. 232, he was awarded the qualification rank of State Counselor of the Republic of Tajikistan.

 Married, has five children.
